Synopsis:
At Greymoor Castle in England, Dr. Cedric Rawlings develops a shrinking Z-Ray that the Skull plans to use to trap Captain America and Bucky. His sister, Celia, urges her brother to cease his traitorous alliance with the Nazis, but in pursuit of fame and fortune, he refuses, while at the same time blaming his sister for an accident wherein he lost his left arm.
Meanwhile, Steve pushes out for France, leaving Bucky behind in England. But the Skull's agents attack the undermanned base trying to lull Cap and Bucky out, but only Bucky can respond. While hunting down the base attackers, he is overtaken and kidnapped, then dragged off to Greymoor Castle.
In France, Steve's crack Ranger team overruns the Gestapo HQ. Steve heads to the communications office where he finds an urgent communique declaring that Bucky is captive at Greymoor Castle and "will be disposed of according to plan."
Steve urgently heads out to a Luftwaffe airfield and commandeers a plane, never knowing that the unit he leaves behind will soon be facing a Nazi pincer movement. While at that moment, Bucky is being exposed to the shrinking effects of the Z-Ray....
