Synopsis: Captain America is summoned to a prison for the given purpose of training prison guards in self-defense during a prison riot. He soon finds out that he's been lured into a trap, as he is surrounded by dozens of inmates, many dressed as prison guards, all of them led by a man posing as the warden, the villainous Deacon.

Cap is overwhelmed by their numbers. His shield is stripped from him and he is thrown into a jail cell with Superintendent Carlson, who gives him background on the takeover: all of Cell Block 10 was overrun by inmates who need extra power to break through the main gate, so they hatched a plot to draw Cap inside and steal his shield, which is loaded down with Stark tech.

Deacon tries to use Cap's shield to breach the main gate, a giant, hi-tech door, assuming the magnetic transistors inside the shield will help. But before he can figure out how to use it, Cap has returned to the scene, free from his cell, and with a vengeance! He plows through the mob and eventually regains his precious shield from Deacon. He explains to Deacon that he removed all the Stark Tech from his shield so he could get the shield's natural balance back for better accuracy when throwing. The real prison guards retake the cell block and restore order.
