Synopsis: Baron Zemp prepares a cadre of special forces to defeat his arch-foe, Captain America. He equips them with Formula X and gives one of his special agents an "Iron Fist" hand weapon. They head to America and infiltrate a charity benefit where Cap is giving a lecture on physical therapy.

Standing in for Cap's sparring partners, Zemo's agents start to really put Cap through his paces, and it eventually dawns on Cap that these guys aren't playing it safe! While a buzz goes through the crowd as the showcase seems to turn violent, Cap decides to ratchet up his defense. The "Iron Fist" beats Cap down to the ground and then tips off Cap that they are agents of Zemo. Meanwhile, Rick Jones joins the fracas, drawing attention from the mob so Cap can reassert himself.

Cap gets them on the defensive so much that they decide to bring him back to Zemo dead rather than alive! An agent fires a Sub-Miniature Missile at Cap, but his newly magnetized shield (thanks to the genius of Tony Stark) blocks the explosive attack. All that's left is for Cap to mop up Zemo's squad of assassins and hand them over to the police.

Finally, Cap sends out a televised signal all over the world, which is picked up by Zemo in South America. He challenges him to man to man combat, but Zemo's response is to shoot out his TV set.
