Synopsis: Scientists that host the late-night news show "The Twelfth Hour" accuse Dr. Strange of being a fraud when he won't join them to be interviewed on their program. As they try to debunk to the superstitions of black magic, the TV studio goes dark, and a totem they use as an example of superstition spirits them away to another dimension! The TV producer calls in Dr. Strange to see if he can help find the four scientists. He discovers the dark magic emanates from the "Screaming Idol" and he calls on help from the Ancient One, who explains to him the totem belongs to Tiboro of the Sixth Dimension. He is an evil warlord who uses black magic to take over civilizations and rule them, and now he has his sights set on Earth's dimension.

Dr. Strange heads into the Sixth Dimension through the Screaming Idol, and Tiboro is there waiting for him. Dr. Strange sizes up his power and they fight hand-to-hand. Tiboro has formidable powers, but Dr. Strange is too much for him with his total command of mystic arts, and he overwhelms Tiboro into surrender. The scientists are released and they all return to Earth's dimension, with Tiboro promising to one day return and menace Dr. Strange. The scientists are amazed at their experience and are prepared to tell the world all about their trip to the Sixth Dimension, but Dr. Strange casts a spell that eliminates their memories of the event. The Twelfth Hour show goes back on live TV, and the scientists continue their claims that Dr. Strange and the mystic arts are not real...which is just fine with Dr. Strange!
