Synopsis: As Quicksilver mans the communications desk, he receives a radio message from Dr. Hank Pym, saying he needs help to find the Wasp. He tells the Avengers that the Wasp has gone missing since her battle with Attuma, and that they need to come pick him up on the stranded ship at sea so he can join them. In order to get their cooperation, he must confide in them his big secret: Hank Pym is Giant-Man! The rest of the Avengers are stunned to learn of Giant-Man's secret, and Cap sends Hawkeye out on the double to collect their former teammate.

Meanwhile, the Wasp is held prisoner in her small form by an evil and mysterious fellow named the Collector, who has the Beetle in his thrall. The Collector wants to complete his collection of Avengers, in order to put together a full set! The Avengers, in his estimation, would go nicely with his collection of artifacts from all over the world. The team flies off to a remote mountain location where the Collector has a castle hidden inside the mountain peaks. They try to enter the castle, but are caught off guard by sleeping gas and all of them are captured. As the Collector gloats over his "complete collection" of Avengers, Goliath surprises him by shooting up to his 25-foot height. The Collector escapes by flying away under the power of his "flying carpet" cape, but it allows Goliath the opportunity to release his teammates. He cannot change to normal size, however, because fifteen minutes have not elapsed, so he is stuck trying to navigate inside a castle where he is too tall to walk comfortably!

Cap leads the rest of the team in pursuit of the Beetle and Collector. Unfortunately for the Beetle, he is under the mental control of the Collector, and is trying to break free, but must fight the Avengers despite himself. Goliath chases down the Collector, angrily demanding he turn over the Wasp. The Collector uses an ancient crystal ball to aim powerful mystic rays at Goliath, throwing him off balance, and then uses a couple of magical beans from Jack's beanstalk to bring a couple giants equal to Goliath's size to fight him. Both giants are Goliath's equal in size and strength, but Goliath is able to use jude and karate against them to bring them down.

Meanwhile, the Beetle drags Cap's unconscious body into the Collector's chamber, but Hawkeye and Scarlet Witch are right behind him. Wanda uses her hex powers to free Goliath from one of the giants who has him wrapped up with a huge leather belt, and the 25-foot tall Avengers grabs hold of the Collector, threatening to squeeze him to death if he doesn't turn over the Wasp. Reluctantly, the Collector "trades" the Wasp for his release, and before any further threat to his freedom can come down, he teleports away with the Beetle by his side.

Wanda uses her hex powers to release the Wasp from the Collector's container, and she is free once again, this time out of costume. Her secret identity as Janet Van Dyne, wealthy socialite, is now revealed to all. Hank tries to size down to embrace her, but as he does he gets stuck at ten feet and passes out, evidently due to the strain of staying at 25-feet tall for too long. The rest of the team worriedly stands vigil over Goliath's unconscious, ten-foot tall body.
